According to Famitsu 360 (which is apparently one of the few magazines over there that acknowledges the Xbox 360's existence), lucky Japanese gamers will be getting their hands on a Devil May Cry 4 demo by the end of the year. In other words, it'll probably become available in December. The rest of us will just have to wait patiently while Capcom works on releasing a demo stateside (and you are, aren't you Capcom?)
