The first MMO title to hit Steam? I believe so...CCP and Valve have announced that EVE Online will be the first MMO title to be available on Steam.  To promote the launch, they will be offering a 21 day free trial of EVE for Steam gamers, and an addition 5 dollars off their first months subscription. Nice of them, eh?

The new account numbers were also revealed in the press release showing off Steams rapid success. It appears Steam is clocking in at 13 million accounts worldwide. As for you EVE fans out there, to continue CCP's stance, EVE Expansions will still be free so the "universe" can grow.
